Cookies & Creamy Shakeology Nice Cream

Cookies Creamy Shakeology Nice Cream in a glass

A cold bowl of ice cream with cookies and cream on a hot day (or any day, really!) sounds like heaven, but it’s not a great treat when you’re trying to keep your nutrition on point.

Lucky for you, we came up with this easy, delicious Shakeology “nice cream” recipe that’s delicious and will help you stay on track year-round!

The secret to any nice cream recipe? Frozen bananas.

Then we added Cookies & Creamy Shakeology, almond milk, and vanilla extract for light, sweet flavor.

Prep Time: 10 minutesTotal Time: 10 minutesServings: 1

Ingredients

½ large banana, chopped, frozen
1 scoop Cookies & Creamy Shakeology
1 Tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
¼ tsp. pure vanilla extract

Instructions

Place banana, Shakeology, almond milk, and extract in a food processor (or high-powered blender); cover. Pulse for 2 to 3 minutes, or until very smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
Store in an airtight container in freezer for up to 1 week until ready to eat. If frozen, set out at room temperature for 15 minutes to soften before serving.

Pro Tips:

This amount of ingredients may not blend smoothly in larger food processors. For best results, make 4 servings at once. Store leftovers as recommended in the freezer.

If you don’t have a frozen banana on hand, peel a banana and cut into chunks. Place in a resealable plastic bag; freeze overnight, or for at least 4 hours until completely frozen, before use. Use an overripe banana for the best flavor.
